- Mexican Dip
- 1 cup ketchup (250 ml)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (15 ml)
- 1 tbsp horseradish (15 ml)
- 1/2-1 tsp onion powder (2-5 ml)
- 1/2 tsp chili powder, or to taste (2 ml)
- hot sauce, to taste (optional)

Whisk all ingredients together and top with finely chopped green onions.
Orange Dip
- 1 cup low fat sour cream (250 ml)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice (125 ml)

Whisk all ingredients together and top with chopped parsley or zest of orange
Cool Dippity
- 1 cup low fat sour cream (250 ml)
- 1/2 cup calorie reduced cucumber salad dressing (125 ml)
- 1/4 tsp lemon pepper (1 ml)

Whisk all ingredients together and top with cucumber curl
Apricot Zing
- 1 cup apricot jam or peach jam 250 ml
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard 50 ml
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder 2 ml
- Whisk all ingredients together and top with parsley or curled green onion tails.
